No. Profit estimates are not guaranteed. Mining results can change due to network difficulty, market price, electricity cost, pool performance, downtime, and admin updates.
Hosted mining
What is hosted mining?+
Hosted mining means you buy the ASIC machine while Hashnora manages setup, hosting status, operational records, and dashboard visibility after payment verification.
Can I choose hosting during checkout?+
Yes. During checkout, select the buy-and-host option where available. After payment review, the admin team can activate the hosted machine in your dashboard.
Where do I track hosted machines?+
After your account is created and your hosted machine is activated, you can track hosted machines, profit records, deductions, balances, and withdrawal requests from the client dashboard.
Payments, orders, and withdrawals
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your order details. You can also open a support ticket if your order status needs manual review.
What should I do after sending crypto payment?+
Submit the payment information requested during checkout, including the payment network and transaction hash if required. The admin team can then verify and update the order.
